Colloquio barzelletta, le classiche domande (dimmi tre pregi e tre difetti...). Poco o nullo interesse per la persona o le reali competenze, unica cosa a cui erano interessati era la mia disponibilità a lavorare gratis per un anno come periodo di prova (seguito poi da 4 anni di contratto di apprendistato...)

I had one pone interview with an Alumni association that recommended me. Then a group interview, a single interview with a manager and another single interview with the CEO.
They don't seem to be extremely able to assess the skills of people, and they did not know what thei actually need.
