They asked questions about your previous experience in a lab setting. Then they have you do some lab work using a pipette. If they like you then they do a working interview which will let them know how you work in the lab. And instead of asking the people who trained you how your doing, they just watch you in the three cameras they have in the lab.

The person doing the interview didn't seem to know much about science to be giving the interview. Using the pipette was interesting.
