I was initially excited about the opportunity with EUC, especially after being contacted by their Talent Acquisition. I made time to attend the final interview — even leaving my baby in Cavite and commuting in person — only to find out the interview was actually online. I had even emailed to clarify, but no one responded. Still, I stayed composed and participated professionally.
The technical interview went well (which I passed), and the cultural interview felt equally positive. I expressed flexibility in my salary expectations and demonstrated clear resilience and maturity throughout.
Despite this, I received only a 'system generated' rejection — no feedback, no accountability for the earlier mix-up, no acknowledgment of the effort I made just to attend an interview that was poorly communicated from their end.
I’m sharing this not because I’m bitter, but because I hope future applicants don’t waste time or rearrange their lives for a process that may not respect it in return. If you value transparency, efficiency, and basic courtesy — you might want to proceed with caution.
