good, quick and effective process. focused on identifying key traits and skills. Disqualifying incorrect or unskilled candidates at an early stage. Pushing through skilled candidates to an in person interview as soon as possible.
Very smooth - in house recruitment team did a great job in making a positive first impression of the company, which has turned out to be accurate. I enjoyed the process.

Cant recall a specific question, but a lot on attitude and culture of workplace, clearly trying to focus on the right personalities not just skills.
