Interview
Two rounds for the interview. The first round was with two people and you are asked on a bunch of economics concepts as well as your experience level. you then do a follow up written assessment that takes thirty minutes. The second round is with a director who quizzes you some more on similar things but it is a bit more difficult.

I submitted a cover letter and CV and then received my interview offer. It took place in the morning in London. The interview was with two current members of staff who were very friendly and easy to talk to. They mostly asked technical questions and we talked about my motivations for applying
