New graduate shukatsu. Group interview with the HR, individual interview with HR/Global/HR manager, then a final interview with the HR manager/Head of sales/Head of production?/CEO. Took them three weeks to reply. Told me (and other prospective candidates) to decline all other offers for their third interview.
