HR director and Accounting manager were present for the interview at the corp office in West LA. Asked for previous experience in accounting, previous work environment, strength and weakness of oneself...etc. Explained the job functions to the potential employee and the compensation package. In the end, was told to wait for their decision.

Interview
The interview process is a behavioral interview with a panel of three upper management interviewing. The interview was fairly easy and lasted thirty minutes. I heard back within a week.
