      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Evelyn

      Interview

I applied for internship for Content Development Statistics. After going through the written test followed by an interview, both of which went well, I was able to answer all the questions. The HR said that I was not selected because they were looking for advance level statistics but the questions in the written test as well as in the interview round were not advance level, they were basic questions. Later I came to know that there were no openings for the position of Statistics in fact, so they wanted me to apply for Mathematics ( in which I was not that confident). This clearly shows that there is miscommunication within the company. I studied, appeared well in all the rounds but it all seemed to be of no use. This is no professionalism. Being an actuarial student I scored well for the test, but they just rejected me because they wanted advance level, whereas an Actuarial student is the best fir for the same. Their reason was quite unsatisfactory. Such Unorganized, Mismanaged company. I had a really bad experience. Applying in this company, one can't be sure.
