Event Operations Group interview questions

I called to get preliminary info on hiring. I was told to come in and fill out the application. I went to the office and filled out the application and was basically hired on the spot. Not really an in depth interview at all. Took about 30 minutes in and out the door.

There was no interview. I called and was hired on the spot with no training or experience. That is why half the people who work with them are lazy and do not care about the job. Most of the workers are only there for a paycheck and have no desire to do the job
