      I interviewed at Eventflare (Zaventem)

      Interview

The process consisted of two interviews—they were looking for a designer to manage analytics. The first interview with HR went well. For the second interview with the CEO, I prepared to discuss decision-making based on data. However, the CEO arrived five minutes late and focused mainly on formulas for common GA4 events, which are typically pre-configured. After five similar questions, I was told I wasn’t ready for data management and that they were looking for something more visual rather than analytical. I wasn’t asked any questions about the actual job offer or about decision-making processes. During our conversation, the CEO seemed distracted, frequently looking around his room. This left me questioning the point of interviewing candidates if there’s no intention to provide clear information about the role or remain focused during the interview.
