**Pros:** The company's dedication to its mission and values is evident and admirable, especially their commitment to contributing positively to the global common good. The structure of the four-part interview process is comprehensive, allowing candidates to meet with key managers including HR, the head of HR / head of values and mission, the direct manager, and the CEO.
**Cons:** The interview process, while comprehensive, had a heavy emphasis on the company's Christian mission to the point where it felt a bit overwhelming and repetitive. As someone who respects and appreciates the company's mission, it was still challenging as I felt like when asked how I align with the values and mission that I was suppose to discuss my religious beliefs. The second interview, which focused solely on the company's missions and values, felt somewhat repetitive and confusing as it was only about the mission and values rather than the job position itself.
I was informed by my recruiter that my engagement with the company's mission was not as deep as other candidates. It would have been beneficial to receive direct feedback from the company itself rather than my recruiter. Such feedback would have helped me understand better how to improve or adjust my approach in future applications. However; I understand with a high volume of applicants that it may be difficult to do so.
**Overall:** The company stands out for its commitment to its values and mission. However, candidates should be prepared for a strong emphasis on values and Christian religious alignment, which may not suit everyone.
