lengthy, multiple people computer test. proficiency and portfolio review. HR seemed ok, friendly.
multiple questions relating to the industry, specifically architectural fabrication techniques. materials use, drawings application and pastexperiences. the usual kinds of questions.
A good focus on portfolio of projects and guide on depth steps taken and types of design techniques. A lot of time management and behavior questions on how you balance competing priorities. Also how you work with cross functional teams.
