Someone from the team reached out to me directly to share an opportunity that seemed like a good match for my background. I agreed and expressed my interest, and asked for the next steps. After a few days without a response, I followed up again, asking for the next steps and shared my availability for the week. Once again, there was no response. A week after the initial outreach from the team, I received an automated rejection email. What?? I never applied - the team reached out to me for the role! It seems like this company is only interested in rejecting candidates.
