The interview process was planned and well arranged, and the warm welcome was appreciated in easing the expected nerves. Claire and Alison were genuinely interested in my responses to their questions and the natural flow of conversations enabled me to relax and perform better. The subsequent recruitment process was smooth with regular updates and communication along the way.
