After submitting my application, I was contacted by a Pure Storage recruiter for a screening interview. After that I got an interview with the hiring manager. Though I didn't get the initial position for which I applied (they hired from within) the recruiter suggested I apply for a position with a different manager, different shift. I interviewed with that manager. Both managers were very good, communicated very well and I was comfortable with both of them. The recruiter followed up with me a couple of times before I got the call offering me the job.

I am contacted by them and they said they will offer the role and there was no update after that point. I reached out to them couple of times but there was no reply and no reason why they wouldn't inform.

first was initial Phone Screening following that Technical Interview. Initial screen was about self introduction and strength and weakness. and technical round was pretty intense. They want candidate to know form higher level
