First I had an HR interview, then 2 technical interviews.
HR interview is pretty basic and has normal questions you'd expect. For technical interviews they use hackerrank. They have 2 technical interviews each with 2 parts, so in total they question you about Algorithms, Data Structures, Concurrency and System Design,

Question 1
One thing they asked me in technical interviews (after solving the question) is how to optimize the solution and what the running time of my solution and improved solution would be.

Interview
There were totally 4 rounds
1) The first one round was an online Assessment. Prepare from the previous interview questions as the MCQ questions will be same every year. And there were two coding questions one was based on multisource shortest path. and the other was a basic sliding window problem.
i got shortlisted for second round the interviewer was very friendly and helped me wherever i got stuck. They asked to implement a set using just default data structures without using any library like arrays.
And the you need to optimize all the set operations my preparation was not good i didn't perform well in that interview. The interviewer was very involved in getting the best out of the candidate .
Really very positive experience .And there were other two rounds one was technical and other was managerial . If you are preparing for this interview you need to have strong skills in problem solving. Not just leetcode problems also the real world optimization problems.

implement set using a array and optimize every operation (lookup(x),insert(x) , remove(x), iterator(f(x)), clear()) to reduce latency
OA in the beginning. 1 round of technical interview into 1 recruiter phone call if successful. After this, 2 rounds of technical interviews, into 1 relaxed "behavioral" interview specific to PureStorage.
