Cons: Long and drawn out interview process. Took approx. 5 weeks beginning to end.
Process included:
- Phone screener : basic questions about residency status, SPA membership and interest in the company
- Required submission of documents - one page profile + DWES consent + Employee disclosure statement
- Interview with recruitment specialist- approx 30 mins
- Interview with Team leader- approx 45 mins
- Reference Check- 2 references. Requested more.

Very positive interview experience!
I wasn't asked clinical/testing questions, more so generic interview questions like 'tell me about a time you overcame an obstacle'.
The whole process was very much about getting to know me and to see if our values aligned.
