I initially applied online. There was an interview booked in within 48 hours. This was an initial phone screen and then followed by an interview over Zoom with a Team Leader. This was an opportunity to ask questions, understand the organization, and meet my manager.

The interview was very quick and easy. The whole process is quite informal. Just need to provide examples of how you deal with difficult clients and situations. Try to show your personality, match the vibe of the interviewer
