Interview
I answered a CL ad, and it was at their first house they ever opened. The owner of the company was very down to earth (so I thought) and I agreed with his philosophy (little did I know). It was rather unprofessional, as he chewed tobacco and kept spitting it in this CLEAR plastic bottle.

Interview
I was brought to the only house they had at the time for an interview. The interview process was fairly basic. I had behavioral care experience and it was not that difficult.

None that were most difficult. I found the owner chewing tobacco and spitting it into a plastic bottle during the interview was rather unprofessional however.
