As long as you explain the areas of the job and why you’re good at it then they will seem keen

Had an interview for duty manager, didn’t get the job and took them three weeks to tell me. Also pay seemed bad for a duty manager role. The interview was quick, 20 minute chat, acting manager seemed nice enough.

It was such a great experience! The interview was a very informal chat compared to your typical interview and that immediately put me at ease, they really took the time to get to know me
