I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Everyone Active (Bracknell, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
I found the interview process straight forward. I met with the General Manager and he brought me around the premises for a tour whilst asking me if I had any questions. If I did not have any questions I made sure to double check information relevant to the Lifeguard roll, such as nearest spinal board for example, just to show I had been paying attention. The interview is there mainly to ensure you can communicate efficiently and present well for the company, as well as ensuring you are correctly qualified.
