      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Eviation (Redmond, WA) in Sep 2020

      Interview

      Initial screening, followed by a call with the CTO soon after. This led to a call with the VP. This was followed with another call with the VP and finally an in person meeting with the COO. Everyone communicated the plans as the process went along and I always knew what next steps were. They stayed in constant contact with me throughout. The interviewers were open and honest which I very much appreciated.

      Question 1

      They asked a lot of questions about my experience and how I would apply it in a variety of different scenarios. It was very conversational and did not feel like a test type interview. They more were getting a feel for who I was and the type of experiences I had that I could bring to their company.
