      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Evidation Health (Santa Barbara, CA) in Sep 2018

      Interview

After being contacted by their in-house recruiter, she and I had a brief phone interview. Next step was a loosely timed take home exam (please answer these questions in 2.5 hours). After my exam was reviewed, I had a video chat with their Data Architect and Team Lead and their VP of Product. After this they flew me down for an onsite visit in Santa Barbara where I interviewed with several people on-site, a few off-site via video chat, and lunched with the Santa Barbara team. Finally I had one last video chat again with the Team Lead and was asked for recommendations. I was far along in the interview process with another company and I must say that Evidation Health did everything they could to accommodate my needs during the interview process. If this wasn't the most pleasant interview process I ever experienced it was damn close.
