Interview
There were a total of three interviews at Evolution Development Group and the entire process only took about a week from start to finish. I really liked interviewing here because the interviewers allowed time for me to ask questions and get a feel for the position, so I can see if its something I could see myself doing. Not only at the entry level position, but down the road as well. If you have questions like I did, you'll have an opportunity to get them answered during the second interview.

Interview
Everyone at Evolution Development Group was very straightforward during the interview process. Not so much that it came off rude, but they didn't sugarcoat things. They let me know that the entry level position is hard for some people and easier for others. I didn't need direct experience since training was provided and its an entry level role, but they did like my retail sales experience. Some of those skills are pretty transferable. They let me know the potential benefits of the position and the career path in the company as well. I like companies who are honest with you like this. If you ask questions that are important to you, you'll get direct answers and can see if the position is a good fit.
Hi Interviewer! Thanks for taking the time to leave an interview review for us, and for candidates looking to learn more about our firm. We appreciate you taking the time to interview as well, and we wish you the best in your new role!

Interview
Since you're interviewing for an entry level position, you aren't required to have experience in the industry. What will help is having transferable skills in which you have experience dealing face-to-face with customers, clients, etc. I learned that pretty quickly during the second interview where I had the opportunity to speak with one of the Senior Account Managers. During the rest of the interviews, you'll probably meet a few different members of the staff, but don't be intimidated. They don't expect you to know everything, but they do expect you to want to learn and be goal-oriented with your career. If those things are there, and you think the company could be a good fit, you've got a really good shot at getting hired.
