Interview
Started with a phone screen, then a little take home test which was mainly giving me a chance to review their current portfolio. I had some phone interviews and video conferencing (they prefer video). There were not a lot of hard questions, so it was really hard to tell how I was doing. They surprised me with an offer before I really had a chance to visit or get a good feel for the company, which always makes me nervous.

Interview
It was a simple and fast process. Sometimes companies take time to give feedback but in this case the feedback and communication went very team. Team was available to clarify all questions and help understand if the company would be a fit for me as well.
