Multiple interviews but clear process and recruiting was very helpful. Behavioral interview questions are asked during the interview along with an assessment to measure skills and abilities for the candidate.
I applied online. I interviewed at Evolve in Feb 2026
Interview
Fairly smooth process. Met with recruiter, hiring manager, and director. Unfortunately there ended up being a lot of red flags. They let you know up front that there may be nights, holidays, and weekends to work, but what they do not tell you up front is the schedule you would be working on day 1. It wasn't until I was given an offer, that they told me the schedule would be Sun through Thurs from 11am - 8pm. Had I known that, I would have never applied. I should have asked about this early in the process, but I poorly made the assumption it would be closer to traditional business hours, especially in a Manager position. During the hiring manager interview, something happened that I have never seen happen in all my years of being an interviewee or interviewer. The hiring manager paused our interview to make a phone call. The interview was only 30 minutes long and it was halfway done when they made this phone call. It was very surprising to me that they couldn't wait the 15 min until our interview was over to make that phone call.
I did pass that stage and moved onto meeting with the Director. This interview was fine, but during the interview while I was in the middle of answering the question, they kept ducking down almost under the desk. It almost looked as if they had dropped something and was trying to pick it up, but it was distracting while I was in the middle of answering their question nonetheless.
Lastly, after receiving an offer, they gave me less than 2 business days before they stated they required me to sign by EOD. I got the offer around 12pm on a Wednesday and was required to sign by EOD the next day or they were moving on to another candidate. Due to the fact that I have other companies I am currently being considered for and the red flags here, I declined the offer. I think I got a pretty good indication of how things are run here and they seem sloppy and not as transparent as I had hoped. I really like their mission, what their culture seems to be, what the work entailed, but the pushiness to sign was really off putting. I would have loved to have accepted the offer, but there was too much about the company that became clear it was not going to be a good idea to sign.
