What are some things that you find helpful in a residential clinical environment? (In regards of patients)

Interview
It was relaxed and comfortable, business casual. We discussed my experience and my expectations of working with an agency. Also discussed some of my personal interests, so that they could get a feel for who I am and my personality. It made me actually want the job even more.
