There was a 3 step interview process. 1st was with Team Lead, general questions and checking my marketing knowledge, after that I was given a task to do, 2nd interview was with the Team Lead and HR representative, task review and simply checking the logical explanations behind my answers in the task, 3rd interview was once again with Team Lead and HR, making sure our expectations of each other align and we're on the same page while sealing the deal.
