Had both phone and in house interviews. Basic questions were asked and if was essentially a friendly interview. The process took about a week after the phone interview then another 2 weeks after the office interview. in all it took about a month.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Excel Pharmaceutical Research Services (Newark, NJ)
Interview
Talked to a Recruiter for about 20 minutes, they reviewed my experiences, and pitched their company to me. After that, they said they matched me with a CRO that wanted a CRA with my therapeutic areas. I interviewed with senior manager of Excel, then with the manager at the CRO. It was an smooth process.
