The interview process consisted of three rounds.
First was an HR screening focused on my background, interest, and availability.
Next was a technical round covering RNA-seq workflows, statistics, Python/R basics, and troubleshooting scenarios.
The second technical round was more detailed, focusing on single-cell analysis, multi-omics integration, ML methods, and workflow development.
The final round was an HR discussion about culture fit, career goals, and compensation.
Overall, the process was professional, clear, and completed within about 1–2 weeks.
