Interview
Dress business casual. The interview process is more of a conversation and an orientation about the company . I spoke with both the VP and President. They tell you about the pros and cons of the company. They were very personable.
Multiple interviews - very thorough process. There was a high level of importance to the company that they were go through the filtering process similar to how they train on the recruitment side.

It is a comfortable interview environment avoiding all robotic interview questions. They want to get to know you and it is very conversational.

Interview
Relaxed and felt very natural. Nothing was forced, the whole process truly felt like we were both making sure there is value for both parties. Mike the VP was very honest and upfront from our initial conversation to the offer stage.
