Referred by my former colleague, TA contacted and enquired about availability. And set up multiple phone interviews. The interviewer asked flow related and the project work carried at various clients. Mainly checked for core knowledge and project execution skills. checked for team handling and mentoring skills.

Questions based on previous projects and they mainly concentrate on latest tech nodes, lower the better.

Interview
There was one telephonic round which lasted for 30 minutes, one technical Face to Face interview for one hour, and one HR round. I had mailed my resume to the recruiter and got call from HR.
It was like written test followed by training for nearly a month. But they didn't gave any update regarding the results. They just mentioned as results will be announced shortly.
