Straight forward interview a lot of questions about situations and past experiences. They were thorough and easy to talk to. Was able to receive a tour of the factory after the interview where he described more in detail the jobs within the factory.

Interview with 3 people. Work related questions, scenarios, past employment, asked about drug history followed by drug screening. Followed with a math exam and IQ test to see if you can handle the job
