Interview
There was a phone interview and then a skype interview. At the end of the phone interview, a problem was given to solve and send back the next day. During the skype interview, one engineer was looking out the window during my interview.
There was a phone interview first which I thought went well and a second interview via Skype. One of the engineers kept looking out the window whenever I spoke. It was not the best experience.

Met at a University career fair where they asked a group of people how they would make a part. Then got brought in for an in person interview that was fairly technical.
