Interview
The process was professional and technically rigorous. It featured a panel interview with two interviewers who evaluated my foundational knowledge in DBMS, Java, and OS. We discussed my projects in detail, followed by OOPs concepts. I was also tasked with a LeetCode medium-level DSA question, where the focus was on explaining my logic and algorithmic approach rather than writing the entire code.

They asked for a detailed explanation of DBMS normalization (1NF, 2NF, and 3NF) with practical examples and the core reasons why it is necessary. Additionally, for the DSA portion, I was asked to explain my approach to the "Staircase Problem" (Climbing Stairs), specifically focusing on the logic rather than the full code.

Interview
Good. The interviewers were friendly and kind. Overall good process. There were 2 rounds. First was a group discussion and if you pass that they will call you for the interview.

Interview
The interview process was different from other MNC recruiters. They were looking for and giving priority to the common sense in people along with talent. An overall different interview experience and enjoyed it. They were calm and really cooperative throughout the interview process.
