Experior Advertising interview questions

The interview process was professional and very informative i found out alot about the business and what is expected to succeed and produce positive results as well as learning to meet different people as well as backgrounds.

The interview process was sketchy. Their office was in a small complex that didn't even have their name on the outside of it. When you walk in to the building, there is only one sign with an arrow saying which way their office is. But there is no name of it on any of the doors in the building. The interviewer was the "founder" of the company, but on his LinkedIn account it says he start as an entry-level position and worked his way up. During the interview he talked more about his journey and the company than talking about what I would be doing in the position or what it entailed. He also said that their company was growing soo rapidly that they couldn't contain themselves and they work in all these major cities like Miami, San Diego, Chicago, New York, etc. but their headquarters are in Peoria, IL...?? I was not impressed. They called me back for a second "interview" but when I asked how long it would be, they said it would be from 10am-5pm. That doesn't sound like an interview to me.. I declined. No thanks to their pyramid scheme company.
