It was lengthy process have 3 to 4 rounds.Even there was telephonic interview .First there was agroup discussion then there was a aptitude test after that there was a java test after that a telephonic interview.

It was smooth and coardial. I liked the process. It was on time but the while pricess from interview to joining took around 20 days. The question was logical as well as technical. The interview panel was smart and informative.

They took first gd then manipal test then then we had gone for another apti test then telephonic interview then we had java test..after clearing all the test u have to go to manipal train there for 56 days and then give a ibm test which will be very difficult..clearing all this u will be deployed in different ibm projects
