Great process but towards the end the feedback was really ridiculous. It is just a recruitment company cosplaying as a SaaS business so the people there seem to think they are re-inventing the wheel

I applied online. firstly interviewed with recruiter for background.then screen interview by the employer.After you will never heard back from them.no Email,no rejection letter,no feedback,no phone call and nothing forever.
