The initial stages included aptitude, competency, and developer quizzes, which were all straightforward. However, the final “interview” was disappointing. It was presented as an interview but turned out to be another lengthy quiz lasting about 90 minutes, consisting mostly of “What is…” questions. After a brief 30-second introduction from a senior architect, the rest of the session involved them reading questions from a sheet and writing down my responses. There was no real discussion or opportunity to demonstrate my experience. Overall, the process felt impersonal and unstructured, and didn’t reflect well on the company’s professionalism.
