Applied online, called after one month for an interview in Milan by the temp agency.
We were around 30 persons, we performed various IQ tests and a group test.
At the end of the test I was submitted to a personal interview. The interviewer just asked me to speak about my previous job experiences.

This is a list of objects, you must choose 10 of them and put them in order of importance. Explain to other participante your choice and reorganize with them a new 10 object list.
