Interview
First HR contacted and asked about background, current CTC and expected CTC. Then there was 1 round of interview and questions were based on Python, Statistics and concepts of Machine Learning. After clearing round 1 there was 2nd round again based on Concepts of Machine Learning. My interview went good but they were not willing to give me the expected CTC and were only wanting to give the same amount as my current CTC, what is the point of conducting the interview if you don't want to give the candidate his/her desired compensation. HR was not good at responding back and I had to regularly ask for updates on my candidature as it was on hold after 2 rounds of interview. They should really not waste time of candidates, if they are not willing to give the desired compensation.

There were two technical rounds of interviews in the selection process. The discussions primarily focused on assessing my understanding of Python, SQL, Machine Learning concepts, and data manipulation using Pandas, along with problem-solving and practical implementation skills.
