Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Expressable in Mar 2026
Interview
I had a 40 minute phone screening which seemed lengthy. The interviewer seemed more like a robot and only wanted yes/no questions for the majority of the interview. Clinicians are expected to be able to say YES to all of their core treatment areas and feel absolutely comfortable in all of those areas. I felt during this interview process that I was penalized for stating that I specialize more in one area over another. The phone screener interviewer penalized me for this and I did not get a second interview.
