Long, disorganized and a complete waste of time. They do not seem to show a minimum of respect for the candidate, expecting them to be available for multiple rounds of interviews (where you get to answer the same questions that you answered in the previous rounds) which are rewarded with yet another round of interviews until you decide not to continue with the endless process. I personally gave up after the fifth or sixth round. I am still amaze at their ability to request potential interview dates/times within a certain week to end up choosing whatever time works for the interviewers during a different week. Although the current employees seem genuinely happy, the recruitment process exposes many red flags that cannot be ignored. It is hard not to recommend avoiding them at all cost.

Good and enjoyable despite being nervous. It was slightly lengthy (Phone Screen, Technical and a Panel) but I understand this is a technical role and important to get the right fit. I really enjoyed that I got to meet with the whole team and Executives - it felt like Exscientia wanted to ensure there was a good fit for both parties.
