Interview
Was contacted by an internal recruiter, then interviewed with the platform director. Did a practical take home exercise, and after that a half day of interviews (1x technical overview, 1x architecture level, 1x review of take home, 1x behavioral). Overall refreshing experience where the team cared about past projects, areas of interest, and practical knowledge rather than algorithmic tricks. Weirdly kind, personable interviewing experience.

Question 1
Specific questions about frameworks, libraries, and languages used by the company.
A simple take home lambda with code review, followed up with a virtual on-site that was mostly how you work as a team and past problem solving examples. Technical aspects were api design challenge and talking about the lambda.
Don't waste your time. They'll string you along for a long time, even if they have no intention of hiring you. These guys are just time wasters. (yours and their own)
