Extu interview questions

Was asked to complete an extensive writing project (emails, metadata, buyer personas, headlines with rationale) that took hours, as well as multiple tests (all of which were riddled with grammatical and formatting errors). After this, and several interviews over the course of months with the department and leadership, they totally ghosted me. Followed up multiple times to get any sort of status update and received no response after being told that I would hear back. Total waste of time with what seems like a highly unprofessional organization.

Received an email from HR with a fairly extensive writing test. We tasked with coming up with article ideas, titles, and sample emails for a drip campaign. - The first page of the instructions literally said “Test for [Insert Candidate Name]” - The rest of the instructions contained several typos - No deadline was provided. I emailed to ask for the deadline and never heard back. - I completed the test in a little over 24 hours. I emailed my work to HR but never received a confirmation of receipt. - Less than 24 hours after this, I received your standard auto-reject message. No feedback was included. Waste of time for a clearly unprofessional company.
