I believe it took around 2-3 weeks from sending an application online to getting an offer interview directly with head of production HR inquired internally about the visa BEFORE making an offer, she told me all necessarily info for my specific case (not generic stuff I can google myself that other companies did) so I was able to make an informed decision taking into account visa processing offer made via phone call - I think that they didn't share who will be interviewing me before the interview..
