Quick, informative, and easy. A simple Autocad test was provided. The manager explained daily tasks and office culture. It was then explained that it was a contract position without benefits.

Went very well. Interviewed with two engineers and they asked for draw a simple component in CAD software. Very easy. Good work environment and nice pay scale. Easy to build your career.
