F&D Scene Changes interview questions

Call from Project Assistant asking general questions. Skills, experience, etc. - the basics. I was then asked to come in for a tour of the shop. They had so many neat projects going on. It really is a magical place. I was offered the position but the only reason I didn't take it is because they are on a Union contract for day labour. Meaning they can lay you off with no notice. Other than that I would not have hesitated to work here.
