Although I did not get an offer, it was an absolute pleasure to interview with F'inn. The interview consisted of 3 interview rounds and a tech test before the final interview round. The first was a screen call, followed by one team interview, one tech test, a meeting with the founder, and an interview with another team. The work is completely remote (even pre-COVID) so it is important to emphasize if working from home permanently is a good fit. The interviews were completely behavioral with the final post-tech test interview gauging your abilities to work. I was not sent two parts of the tech test so upon submitting, I would clarify if there were any components missing, The tech test was a three-part test including survey analysis, a survey verification, and simple math. Although I did not receive an offer, the founder reached out in the end and forwarded my resume to his contacts which is rare for a firm.
