Interview
You interview with an HR rep to do the basic screening call. Then you meet virtually with a member(s) of the team, typically the team lead and another coach. Finally, you will likely have a round table interview with the assistant director and a number of other members of the division.

The initial questions are about your background in mental performance, about how you conceptualize your work, and then how well you work with others in a fast paced environment. You will likely have to do a presentation of some sort.
